On Saturday 14/1/12 between 16.00 and 22.00 a house on Chambersbury Lane was burgled.  Entry was via the front (Upvc) door, the door had not been locked correctly and mortise locks had not engaged. An untidy search of the upstairs rooms followed and jewellery was stolen.

Please ensure that Upvc doors are locked correctly.
